C\u2019est l\u00e0 que commence le rituel.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9parer lentement<\/h2>\n<p>Faire chauffer l\u2019eau, choisir une tasse en gr\u00e8s et ouvrir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la fen\u00eatre. Ces gestes simples donnent un rythme plus doux au d\u00e9but de la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Observer la lumi\u00e8re<\/h2>\n<p>La lumi\u00e8re du matin r\u00e9v\u00e8le les textures : le grain du bois, un pli dans le lin, la vapeur au-dessus de la th\u00e9i\u00e8re. Rien d\u2019extraordinaire, et pourtant tout est l\u00e0.<\/p>\n<h2>Garder un peu de silence<\/h2>\n<p>Quelques minutes sans \u00e9cran permettent de retrouver ses propres pens\u00e9es. Un carnet ou un livre pos\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de la tasse suffit.<\/p>\n<p>Un rituel n\u2019a pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre parfait.
